After two years of supporting radio station 92.5 XTU's food drive, there were no talks of the food drive continuing this year. After researching other events, our members found a food drive through the radio station 93.3 WMMR.

The Preston and Steve Show's Camp Out For Hunger is an annual food drive that supports Philabundance food bank, the same food bank that XTU supported with their food drive.

The members of the fire department started collecting canned and boxed food items with only a short two week window to get the items together. With help from our members, families, and the wonderful residents of our community, who continue to support our efforts with all of our fund drives, we were able to collect 550 food items to donate.

Those items were bagged and boxed up and delivered to the event at Xfinity Live in Philadelphia, PA. A group of five members, both career and volunteer, made the delivery in Utility 2027. The members talked to volunteers of the food drive and learned that the food and monetary donations collected all week go towards helping people in parts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including Burlington County.
